Resolves YES if the FIRST new first-party Netflix promotional surface for the Aug 27 Extended Look — a Netflix social post, a new Tudum or Geeked page or article, or an in-app promo row/collection — appears dated between Aug 20 and Aug 24, 2026 (ET), inclusive. Resolves NO if the first such surface lands before Aug 20, lands Aug 25-27, or never appears before the premiere. The existing Aug 6 announcement artifacts (the listing itself, the Aug 6 Tudum article) do not count; only NEW surfaces do. Locks Wed Aug 19, 11:59pm ET — before the forecast window opens — or the instant any qualifying surface appears, whichever is first (Law 11).
